In this space, I share what I’ve learned over the past 20 years as a yoga practitioner and teacher — and what I’m learning right now on my journey with Pilates, building strength, and supporting the body as it evolves through different seasons of life.
I’ll also be collaborating with some incredible teachers whose wisdom I deeply respect and value, so you can learn from a range of voices and expertise.
