Step Breathing

It's Mindful Monday โœจ Every Monday I release a mindfulness vidoe, this week you can practice Step Breathing with me.

This practice will help you to Feel calm, grounded and relaxed.

For Step Breathing, we use a method of inhaling and holding the breath, followed by a long, slow exhalation to calm and settle the nervous system and to clear the mind.

This practice can help to increase your lung capacity and provide your body with a good delivery of oxygen.

In the video above, we do 3 rounds, this takes about 15 minutes, you can choose to do a shorter practice, just doing one round for 5 minutes for example.

I hope this practice helps you to feel good in body and mind.
