About Me 😃

Hi, I’m Jess 👋

I’m a yoga and meditation teacher, with studies in nutrition, gut health, and women’s health. I live on the east coast of Australia in a little beachside suburb called Miami 🐚.

I’m also a proud mum to two beautiful daughters, Amiella and Isla 👩‍👧‍👧❤️ — raising them has been the greatest adventure of my life.

I’m passionate about helping people feel their best in body and mind, and I love inspiring others to discover a healthier, more joyful way of living. .
