Calm your nervous system, clear your mind and feel more grounded with breathwork. Breathwork is my go-to practice when I want to calm my nervous system, clear my mind of thought and to feel more grounded in my body.

The effects and benefits of breathwork are almost immediate, it's a powerful tool to use for feeling good in body and mind.

Breathwork doesn't need to be complicated, you can do a short simple practice and experience wonderful benefits such as

  • A calmer, clearer mind
  • Feeling more peaceful and grounded
  • Less worry and anxiety
  • Relief from feelings of stress
  • Lowered cortisol levels
  • Balanced hormones (due to less stress)
  • Better digestion
  • Better focus

2-4 minutes of breathwork is enough to experience benefits in body and mind, a longer practice will provide more benefits.

Practicing regularly will allow you to accumulate benefits in the body and mind as your nervous system will be getting a regular message of calm and safety, which can help to create a calmer nervous system.
