Gentle 12-Minute Breathwork Practice ๐ฟ๐ฎโ๐จ | Coherent Breathing
Dec 22, 2025This is my go-to breathwork practice. It's a gentle but powerful practice that can quickly calm the nervous system, clear the mind and help the body to feel relaxed.
It's simple enough to do anywhere you are, nobody will even notice you are doing breathwork.
All we do for this practice is breathe in for a count of four and then breathe out slowly, for a count of eight. The deep inhale provides a good delivery of oxygen into your body, the long, slow exhalation will slow your heart rate and calm and relax your body and mind.
